Buffalo Chickpea Bites
These buffalo chickpea bites make a delicious refreshing snack or appetizer!
LETS GET STARTED!
Step 1: Drain and rinse your chickpeas.
Step 2: Place the chickpeas preferably on a flat plate (this makes it easier to smash opposed to a bowl). Top the chickpeas with the pepper, onion powder and vegan mayonnaise.
Step 3: Use a masher, fork, bottom of a spoon or the bottom of a cup (this is what I use) to mash the chickpeas. Mash everything together until you get a smooth consistency. I like to keep it a little chunky for texture but feel free to make it as smooth as you’d like.
