Trying other Food Bloggers Recipes!

For this post I am trying other bloggers recipes that I either reached out to or were submitted to me on Instagram. As a food blogger myself, I do get drained and begin to hit creative food blocks pretty often. Usually I push myself through them, but this time I had a better Idea. I follow so many foodies who have also been supporting my vegan journey; so what would be better than to use a week to give additional support back. Plus I get to try mouth watering recipes!

So I made 3 separate recipes that I swear are going to become new go-to meals for me (& YOU). Lets get started!!

I will be honest I was super intimidated by this recipe just because of a few ingredients I’ve never used before. However, I had no doubt that it was going to be anything less than good and I was not wrong. This soup is to DIE for and I will definitely be making it again. It has so much flavor and it’s not only refreshing but you don’t feel sluggish after eating it. I finished a bowl of this soup and was already excited for the next time I make it.

Vegan Egg Benedict with Hollandaise by @xthevulgarveganx

This vegan egg benedict was so delicious and I was truly nervous because I am very picky with tofu and half of the time I don’t like it. But, I am being 100% honest when I say that I could not taste the tofu and I am actually obsessed with this. I cannot wait to make it for my non vegan boyfriend! I’m so glad that  @xthevulgarveganx allowed me to try it before she shares it. You should definitely give her a follow as she will be sharing this recipe down the road with a brunch recipe book.

Okay so this hummus pasta has changed my life for the better! I think we can all agree that making creamy vegan pasta is already a challenge in itself. Even when you use soaked cashews as the main ingredient- it stays creamy for a second and as soon as you pour it into the pasta it thickens and gets chunky! I always crave angel hair or alfredo pasta and it just never turns out like the classic non vegan versions. BUT this my friends.... has done it. Not only is this easy but the sauce is already made because you’re using hummus which is already packed with flavor but it stays creamy. Them splash of fresh lemon also adds a good balance of zest and savory. This hummus pasta easily became a new favorite.
